I finally threw up!

hi, everyone.

just had to share my experience from class today. I've been burping through class for days and today ... i threw up!
Yeah, for me! Anybody else?

    Um...hopefully not in class.

    Is this a good thing, or a bad thing? I'd imagine "bad", but that's just me.

      Oh, no - I myself believe was a good thing. I had been holding onto this certain emotional turned physical blockage for WAY TO LONG!
      Sometimes ya just need to throw it all up to get it out. And it was during class, but I pardoned myself from the room and did my thing. Then, returned with a great camel opening.
