I just started taking classes 2 weeks ago and am pretty sure I'm going to commit to about 4 times a week from here on in. My question is - What has been your most noticeable benefit from practicing Bikram and how long have you been practicing?

  • PATIENCE! with myself and everything around. my head isn't as scattered, consumed with thoughts, to-do lists, shoulds and woulds this way and that way. AND the body change would be my second benefit. release of old emotional and physical trauma/toxins has and still is leading to openings of a new me! sweating out the old and breathing in the new. cheers.
