There was a fire in the Bikram Yoga Studio in Santa Rosa today, Sunday the 14th. The building is intact but the studio is damaged and closed. Thought I'd send out this notice into the Bikram Universe for anyone who knows Bill Butcher and his daughter Jackie to offer love and support to them. Tue, January 16, 2007 - 6:40 PMfire happened sunday afternoon when the studio was closed. No one was there. No one injured. Lots of damage. I heard that Bill is out of the country and his daughter Jackie is managing it all. At this point don't know when they will have it all repaired.

Fri, February 23, 2007 - 12:11 PMI was delighted to find that there is a studio in Santa Rosa right near me, and saddened to see it was damaged in a fire! My sympathies go out to the studio's owners.
I'm just getting back into shape again after having two babies in a little over two years (!!), and I really want to try Bikram Yoga. I guess I am going to have to drive all the way out to Sonoma.
Any news on when they are reopening?
