any suggestions for throat openings with breathing technique?
i believe i am just strengthening my exhale diaphram. i find myself wide open with my inhale and hesitant (a bit of a sticky feeling) with my exhale. my yogi suggested putting my tongue on the roof of my mouth to create the wind tunnel in my throat. maybe it's my stored emotions holding on ...
